Rotary vacuum drum filter

Rotary vacuum filter is one of the most common types of filters and consists of a large hollow cylinder on which the filtration cloth is located and rotates around a horizontal axis. Part of the cylinder is in a tank and the liquid is separated from the filter intermediate using the vacuum created inside the cylinder. The washing solution can be sprayed on the surface of the cylinder or the sides of the fabric can be washed continuously through the solution spray nozzles. A stirrer moves slowly and adjustably to solidify the solid in the isocycle.
It is also possible to use different cake emptying systems based on the thickness, strength and structure of the cake. Due to the fact that the water under pressure and water spray continuously acts as a cleaner, so the filter fabric will be in the best condition
